Today I baked windmill cookies, or Speculaas as they call it here!
The cookies gets shaped in a mold before baking and then you end up with a cookie that is not only funky but also yummy.
I also got some cool cookie cutters, and I was happy to use them to use up the dough.
Also, my house smelled amazing.
