In the summer it’s possible to go for a walk with your friends, keep your 1.5m distance, and enjoy the lovely weather. However, as things turn colder it also gets more grim.
I met a work friend for coffee. We have a little tradition of trying out different bakeries in search of the best croissant, but this time we settled for a takeaway coffee and croissant on a park bench.
The drawback is that after a while it gets a bit chilly out and you can only buy a limited amount of takeaway coffees before the buzz kicks in.
Nonetheless, it was lovely to see her for a bit of social before the packing started in earnest.
