With life steadily getting more open here in the Netherlands, it is easy to start wondering if we are still in the time of Corona. But then I read the news and I realise that we are just in a lucky bubble. Around the world people are affected in so many ways. Hospitals are still bending under the amount of patients they care for, economies are struggling and a whole new breed of conspiracy theories are still hanging around.
Today I worked on my weekend day (and yesterday as well, but not as many hours) to help the project meet an important deadline. I am still working.
So there isn’t really much to write about. Except, I have to give a nod and a cheers to my very special boyfriend who ensured that I was supplied with all the coffee and hugs I needed while working on this. I can’t remember when is the last time I was spoiled this much by anyone who isn’t my mom.
So, a sincere thank you Marinus!
